Qualifications

• Past experience as an HVAC service technician or comparable education.
• Valid Drivers License.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC, troubleshooting, repair, and maintenance.
• Ability to climb ladders, crawl, and lift 40 pounds.
• Ability to work in outdoor conditions.

Responsibilities

• Build strong customer relationships and understand customer needs.
• Provide preventive maintenance on heating and cooling systems.
• Troubleshoot units that are not working and replace defective parts.
• Communicate all service-related information to the service department.
• Perform related work as assigned.
