Job summary

ControlAir Systems, Inc. in Burlington, MA is seeking an experienced Commercial HVAC Service Technician who can join a growing team and help lead our skilled staff with an established customer base.

You will service and repair RTUs, VRF systems, boilers, and more, with training and advancement opportunities. A strong work ethic, safety focus, and excellent communication with property managers and building engineers are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of HVAC service experience.
• On-call rotation every 8-10 weeks.
• MA Refrigeration License preferred but not required.
• Valid Driver's License and EPA certification.
• Ability to pass a background check.

Responsibilities

• Service and repair HVAC units for commercial customers (RTUs, Water Source Heat Pumps, Split Systems, Ductless, VRF/VRV, makeup air units, boilers).
• Use mobile dispatch app to provide service reports and communicate with dispatch/management.
• Work with Service Manager and Director to develop skills and advance.
• Maintain high level of customer service with building engineers, property managers, and owners.
