Job summary

ControlAir Systems, Inc. in Burlington, MA is seeking an experienced Commercial HVAC Service Technician to service and repair a range of systems for our commercial clients. The role offers growth opportunities, a strong safety culture, and hands-on training on a wide equipment range.

You will work alongside seasoned technicians on RTUs, VRF/VRV systems, split systems and more, with supportive dispatch and management teams and a focus on outstanding customer service.

Qualifications

• Must have minimum 3 years of HVAC Service experience.
• On call schedule rotating every 8-10 weeks.
• MA Refrigeration License preferred, but not required.
• Valid Driver's License.
• Valid EPA Certificate.
• Ability to pass Background Check.

Responsibilities

• Service & repair heating, ventilation, and cooling units for commercial customers, including RTUs, Water Source Heat Pumps, Split Systems, Ductless, VRF/VRV Systems, Makeup Air Units, Boilers.
• Use mobile dispatching app to provide service reports and maintain communication with dispatching & management.
• Collaborate with Service Manager and Service Director to develop skills and advance in the team.
• Maintain high levels of customer service with building engineers, property managers, and owners; develop relationships with regular clients.
• Adhere to company standards on workmanship, customer service, and care for vehicles and equipment.
