Capstone Mechanical in Gray, ME is hiring a Commercial HVAC Technician to service and maintain commercial HVAC/R equipment (RTUs up to 40 tons, split systems) at multiple client sites. You’ll participate in on-call rotation and provide quality service with a safety-first mindset.

Qualifications

• Commercial HVAC experience preferred.
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and mechanical aptitude.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain commercial HVAC/R equipment (RTUs up to 40 tons, split systems).
• Perform service repairs, quotes, installs, and maintenance for assigned locations.
• Participate in on-call rotation.
• Log service details in internal software.
• Schedule service, maintenance, and quotes in internal software.
• Obtain part pricing and build quotes; follow safety policies.
