Capstone Mechanical is seeking a Commercial HVAC Technician in Augusta, ME to service and install HVAC/R systems for multi-site clients. This full-time role includes an on-call rotation with a stipend and hands-on problem solving in a collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• Commercial HVAC experience preferred.
• Good problem-solving and analytical skills; strong mechanical aptitude.
• Clear written and verbal communication.
• Valid driver''s license and clean record; pass drug screen & background.

Responsibilities

• Maintain commercial HVAC/R equipment (e.g., RTUs up to 40 tons, split systems).
• Perform HVAC service repairs, quotes, installs, and maintenance for assigned locations.
• Log service details using internal software; schedule service and quoted work.
• Participate in on-call rotation.
• Obtain part pricing and build quotes.
• Follow company safety policies at all times.
