Capstone Mechanical LLC in Columbia, MD is seeking a Commercial HVAC Technician to service and install commercial HVAC/R equipment at multi-site client locations.

This full-time, on-site role includes on-call rotation with an additional stipend and a focus on safety, teamwork, and career growth. Base pay is $28.00 - $45.00 per hour, with comprehensive benefits and EPA/OSHA10 certification support.

Formación

• Commercial HVAC experience preferred.
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical skills, and strong mechanical aptitude.
• Extensive knowledge of HVAC systems and equipment.
• Ability to use hand/power tools, gauges, and testing equipment.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean record.
• Ability to pass pre-employment drug screen & background check.
• Willingness to obtain EPA & OSHA10 certifications (company-supported).

Responsabilidades

• Maintain commercial HVAC/R equipment (e.g., RTUs up to 40 tons, split systems, light refrigeration).
• Perform HVAC service repairs, quotes, installs, and maintenance for assigned customer locations.
• Participate in on call rotation.
• Log service details accurately using our internal software.
• Schedules service, maintenance, and quoted work in internal software.
• Obtains part pricing, and builds quotes.
• Follow company safety policies and procedures at all times.
