Job summary

Capstone Mechanical is seeking a Commercial HVAC Technician to service and install HVAC/R systems for commercial clients. Based in Seekonk, MA, you’ll join a team that emphasizes mentorship, professional growth, and a hands-on, solution-focused culture.

You’ll maintain RTUs up to 40 tons, perform repairs, quotes, and installations, participate in on-call rotation, and document work in internal software. A strong mechanical aptitude, problem-solving skills, and valid driver's license are

Qualifications

• Commercial HVAC experience preferred.
• Excellent problem-solving and mechanical aptitude.
• Extensive knowledge of HVAC systems and equipment.
• Ability to use hand/power tools, gauges, and testing equipment.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean record.
• Pass pre-employment drug screen & background check.
• Willingness to obtain EPA & OSHA10 certifications (company-supported).

Responsibilities

• Maintain commercial HVAC/R equipment (e.g., RTUs up to 40 tons, split systems).
• Perform service repairs, quotes, installs, and maintenance for assigned locations.
• Participate in on-call rotation.
• Log service details accurately using our internal software.
• Schedule service, maintenance, and quoted work in internal software.
• Obtain part pricing and build quotes.
• Follow company safety policies and procedures at all times.
