Capstone Mechanical is seeking a Commercial HVAC Technician to maintain and service commercial HVAC/R systems across client sites, including RTUs up to 40 tons and split systems. This full-time role offers an on-call rotation with a stipend and strong opportunities for professional growth.

Qualifications

• Commercial HVAC experience preferred.
• Excellent problem-solving and mechanical aptitude.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean record.
• Must pass pre-employment drug screen & background check.

Responsibilities

• Maintain commercial HVAC/R equipment (RTUs up to 40 tons, split systems).
• Perform HVAC service repairs, quotes, installs, and maintenance for assigned locations.
• Participate in on-call rotation.
• Log service details accurately using internal software.
• Schedule service, maintenance, and quoted work in internal software.
• Obtain part pricing and build quotes.
• Follow company safety policies and procedures at all times.
