Atlantic Constructors is seeking an HVAC Service Apprentice to support field activities, installation, maintenance and servicing of heating, ventilation and air conditioning systems at customer sites. The role emphasizes hands-on work, safety, and teamwork.

Ideal candidates bring 1+ year HVAC experience or equivalent training, plus strong diagnostic skills, attention to detail, and the ability to follow instructions. Travel to multiple job sites is expected.

Qualifications

• 1+ year in a Commercial HVAC mechanical support role or equivalent training.
• Electrical and mechanical diagnostic skills.
• Ability to complete repairs and required paperwork.
• Must multi-task, follow written and oral instructions, and show attention to detail.
• Must pass post-offer drug screen; may require background checks.
• Must be available to report to multiple job sites as assigned.

Responsibilities

• Assists with on-site preventative maintenance, routine repair and calibration after installation.
• Utilizes technical training to maintain systems.
• Works independently and as part of a team to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Performs other job related duties as assigned.
