Job summary

Lennox National Account Services (NAS) provides HVAC maintenance and service for commercial clients. This entry-level technician role supports installation, maintenance and servicing of HVAC systems, with safety as a priority and room for growth.

The position offers on-site work, overtime opportunities, company vehicle after training, and nationwide development programs. A HS diploma and EPA/NATE certifications are valued assets.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED.
• HVAC trade school graduate preferred with 3.5 GPA and good attendance.
• 1+ years in mechanical support role; some HVAC experience preferred.
• EPA Type I & II or Universal certification preferred.
• NATE certification a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist with on-site preventive maintenance and routine repairs.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot HVAC systems.
• Work in a team to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Maintain safety and follow safety measures at all times.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
• Flexibility for overtime and weekend work.
