Job summary

CGL Facility Management, LLC is seeking an HVAC Technician to perform preventive and selective corrective maintenance on HVAC systems across client facilities. You will work with a team to install, repair, and maintain equipment including VAVs, air handlers, pumps, and boilers.

The role emphasizes safety, accuracy in documentation, and readiness for on-call shifts, with opportunities to mentor newer technicians and participate in on-site trainings.

Qualifications

• 1 year of commercial or residential HVAC maintenance experience required.
• Good working knowledge of HVAC-related equipment and related trades (electrical, plumbing, carpentry).
• Ability to read blueprints/as-built drawings.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive and some corrective HVAC maintenance per CMMS work orders.
• Install, repair and maintain HVAC machinery and components (motors, pumps, VAVs, air handling units).
• Ensure safe operation of systems and comply with safety standards (OSHA, client).
• Document all work in CMMS and complete required trainings.
• Assist in training other technicians and mentor teammates when needed.
