Job summary

CGL Companies is seeking a Senior HVAC Technician to perform maintenance and repairs on commercial HVAC systems. You will work with AHUs, VAVs, pumps, and boilers, using CMMS work orders to guide preventive and corrective tasks.

Applicants should have 1-5 years of HVAC experience, EPA 608 Universal certification, and a valid driver's license. A strong team player mindset and good communication with clients are essential.

Qualifications

• HVAC/R systems knowledge and field experience.
• Experience with preventive and corrective maintenance.
• EPA 608 Certification required; clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on HVAC equipment per CMMS work orders.
• Diagnose mechanical and environmental control issues with inspection and testing.
• Ensure safe, efficient operation of electronic and pneumatic controls.
• Inspect work to ensure compliance with codes; escort subcontractors; maintain clean workplace.
