Job summary

AC Corporation in Winston-Salem, NC seeks a Senior Service Technician to maintain and service industrial HVAC systems. This hands-on role requires strong technical knowledge, problem-solving, and a commitment to safety and service excellence.

The position involves diagnosing issues to the electronic control board level, replacing components, and keeping detailed data on system performance. On-call availability and a valid driver's license are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years of experience servicing industrial HVAC systems.
• Ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings, schematics, and instructions.
• Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting abilities under pressure.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Availability to work on-call, after-hours, and weekends as needed.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and professionally.

Responsibilities

• Maintain, repair, and troubleshoot commercial and industrial HVAC systems
• Diagnose issues and repair to the electronic control board level
• Replace faulty breakers, controls, thermostats, switches, fuses, and wiring
• Repair and maintain motors, compressors, pumps, fans, and blowers
• Record and track pressure, temperature, airflow, and humidity data
• Ensure adherence to safety standards and maintain current certifications
• Work on refrigeration and water systems (experience a plus)

TheSenior Service Technicianis responsible for safely and successfully maintaining and servicingindustrial heating and air conditioning systems. This is a hands‑on field role requiring strong technical expertise, problem‑solving skills, and a commitment to delivering excellent service.

Typical Duties
