Job summary

BMI-PacWest, a premier California HVAC service provider, seeks an experienced HVAC technician for Santa Clarita. You will diagnose, maintain, and repair commercial/industrial systems, service rooftop units, chillers, boilers, and zone controls, and perform preventive maintenance.

Top candidates have 5+ years in the field, EPA 608, and strong diagnostic skills; on‑call rotation is required. Excellent training, benefits, and career growth are offered.

Qualifications

• Minimum five years of residential, commercial, or industrial HVAC service experience.
• EPA Universal 608 Certification required.
• Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills.
• Willingness to participate in an on‑call rotation.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, maintain, and repair commercial and industrial HVAC systems.
• Service rooftop units, chillers, boilers, package units, split systems, and zone controls.
• Perform preventative maintenance to maximize equipment performance.
• Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and control system issues.
• Document service work and communicate recommendations to customers.

Pay Range: $45-$60 per hour + Performance Bonuses | $100,000+ Annual Earning Potential

Schedule: Full-Time | Monday-Friday | 40+ Hours Per Week | Overtime & Rotating On-Call Schedule

What You'll Do

• Diagnose, maintain, and repair commercial and industrial HVAC systems


• Service rooftop units, chillers, boilers, package units, split systems, and zone controls

• Deliver outstanding customer service while working independently and as part of a team


• Participate in an on-call rotation for after-hours support

Required Qualifications
