BMI-PacWest is a premier California HVAC service provider seeking experienced technicians for our growing Central Coast team. You will diagnose, service, and repair commercial systems, including rooftops, chillers, boilers and zone controls, with a focus on reliability and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of commercial or industrial HVAC service experience.
• EPA Universal 608 Certification required.
• Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
• Eligibility to obtain a DoD-level security clearance.
• Willingness to participate in an on-call rotation.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, maintain, and repair commercial and industrial HVAC systems.
• Service rooftop units, chillers, boilers, package units, split systems, and zone controls.
• Perform preventative maintenance to maximize equipment performance.
• Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and control system issues.
• Document service work and communicate recommendations to customers.
• Deliver outstanding customer service while working independently and as part of a team.
• Participate in an on-call rotation for after-hours support.

Pay Range: $45-$60 per hour + Performance Bonuses | $100,000+ Annual Earning Potential

Schedule: Full-Time | Monday-Friday | 40+ Hours Per Week | Overtime & Rotating On-Call Schedule
