BMI-PacWest is expanding across California's Central Coast and is looking for experienced HVAC professionals to join a long-established team in Santa Maria, CA. This full-time position offers competitive hourly pay, performance bonuses, and relocation assistance to support your career growth.

You will diagnose and repair commercial and industrial HVAC systems, service a variety of equipment, and participate in an on-call rotation.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of commercial or industrial HVAC service experience.
• EPA Universal 608 Certification required.
• Excellent troubleshooting and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and with a team.
• Willingness to participate in an on-call schedule.
• Eligible to obtain a DoD-level security clearance.
• NATE Certification is a plus.
• HVAC Technical School graduate.
• Experience with A2L refrigerants is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair commercial and industrial HVAC systems.
• Service chillers, boilers, rooftop units, split systems, and package equipment.
• Perform preventative maintenance and equipment inspections.
• Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and control issues.
• Complete accurate service documentation.
• Provide outstanding customer service.
• Participate in an on-call rotation.
