Job summary

Rowbel Services in Baltimore, MD is seeking an experienced HVAC Service Technician to diagnose and repair commercial and residential systems, perform maintenance, and troubleshoot electrical/mechanical issues. You will read schematics, communicate findings to clients, and maintain service records.

Qualifications

• Proficiency with VRF Systems and light commercial work.
• EPA 608 certification and strong understanding of HVAC electrical/mechanical systems.

• Valid driver's license and ability to travel to job sites.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair HVAC systems including rooftops, split systems, boilers, chillers, and heat pumps.
• Perform routine maintenance and inspections to ensure optimal performance.
• Troubleshoot electrical and mechanical issues in HVAC equipment.
• Replace or repair defective components such as motors, compressors, fans, and thermostats.
• Interpret wiring diagrams, schematics, and technical manuals.
• Communicate service findings and recommendations to clients and team.
• Maintain accurate service records and ensure safety standards are met.
