Job summary

AIR Carolinas is seeking a Commercial HVAC Service Technician to install, service, and start up HVAC equipment including VRF, rooftops, and packaged systems. You will diagnose issues, perform maintenance, and ensure high-quality service from the field.

Under the guidance of the Service General Manager, you will create positive customer experiences, document service reports, and participate in on-call rotations while maintaining safety standards and using industry-leading tools.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years minimum commercial HVAC service experience.
• EPA Universal Certification required; OEM-specific training or certifications preferred.
• Strong communication and customer service skills with a professional, team-focused mindset.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and resolve issues on a variety of commercial HVAC systems.
• Perform preventative maintenance and optimize system performance for energy efficiency.
• Maintain strong client relationships by addressing service concerns and improvements.
