Job summary

Lennox National Account Services, a Lennox International company, seeks an HVAC Technician to perform on-site maintenance and servicing for commercial systems. You will diagnose, repair, and calibrate equipment while supporting customers and upholding safety standards.

The role offers weekly payroll, overtime opportunities, paid time off, a company vehicle and PPE, plus ongoing training. Travel may be required occasionally and EPA certification is required.

Qualifications

• 2 to 6 years hands on Commercial HVAC experience.
• EPA Certification Type I & II or Universal.
• Valid Driver’s License and acceptable driving record.
• Technical aptitude to perform maintenance, service, and troubleshoot equipment.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• NATE certification a plus.
• Availability for weekend and night work occasionally.
• Travel may be required occasionally.

Responsibilities

• Perform on-site preventative maintenance, routine repair and calibration after installation.
• Handle basic, non-complex problems, referring more complex problems to higher-level technicians.
• Use experience and technical skills with preventive maintenance and system operations to determine service requirements.
• Advise manager of preventive maintenance inspections performed and corrective actions to be taken.
• Work in a team-based environment to share information and workload while ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Must work in a safe manner on a daily basis and ensure that all safety measures are taken at all times.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
• Flexibility to work overtime and weekends, as required.
