Qualifications

  • Ability to read, understand, and work from blueprints, specifications, and schematics.
  • Must have a good driving record and pass pre-employment screenings.
  • Universal EPA Certification (ACTIVE).
  • PREFERRED: HVAC Journeyman/Master certification.

Responsibilities

  • Servicing products and equipment related to HVAC commercial systems and ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Performs repairs, overhauls, and start-ups of commercial boiler and HVAC systems.
  • Performs routine and preventive maintenance for ongoing operation of HVAC systems.
  • Uses hand tools and diagrams to diagnose and repair units.
  • Performs site surveys, replacements, and modifications as requested by customers.
  • Responds to emergency situations to resolve safety concerns.
  • Documents work and maintains job files.
  • Provides technical support to customers.
