Job summary

ControlAir Systems, Inc., a Crete United company, seeks an experienced Commercial HVAC Service Technician to join a growing team serving a strong customer base in Burlington, MA and surrounding areas. The role offers a clear career path with hands-on training and a balanced weekly schedule.

You will service and repair commercial HVAC systems including RTUs, Water Source Heat Pumps, Split Systems, and VRF/VRV units.

Qualifications

Must have minimum 3 years of HVAC Service experience.
On call schedule rotating every 8-10 weeks.
MA Refrigeration License preferred, but not required.
Valid Driver's License.
Valid EPA Certificate.
Ability to pass Background Check.

Responsibilities

Service & repair heating, ventilation, and cooling units for commercial customers, including RTUs, VRF/VRV, and related equipment.
Utilize mobile dispatching app to provide service reports and maintain clear communication with dispatching & management team.
Work with Service Manager and Service Director to continue developing new skills and advance professionally.
Maintain the highest level of customer service with building engineers, property managers, and owners, fostering positive relationships with repeat clients.
Comply with company standards regarding workmanship, customer service, care for company vehicles, and treatment of colleagues.
