Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1–2 years of HVAC experience required.
• EPA Certification preferred or ability to obtain.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Must be able to work in confined spaces and lift heavy equipment.

Responsibilities

• Assist in servicing and repairing various commercial HVAC systems under senior technician supervision.
• Deliver outstanding customer service while building lasting relationships with clients.
• Perform thorough and proactive routine maintenance to ensure optimal system performance.
• Learn and adhere to all safety regulations and company policies.
