Job summary

S. Conley Sales is seeking a skilled Service Technician to perform startup and service on HVAC systems across Montana and Wyoming. You will work with a team to ensure systems operate correctly and deliver a quality final product to customers, building long-term relationships.

You will travel frequently, operate with a company service vehicle, and receive factory training with opportunities for growth within the Meriton network.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in HVAC service or related field.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with the Service Manager and customer to understand installation and startup requirements.
• Document startup activities and service work in the company system.
• Represent the company with customers to ensure satisfaction and quality handover.
• Identify parts and coordinate timely procurement and delivery for repairs.
• Complete factory training and attain manufacturer certifications as assigned.
