Qualifications

• 2–5 years of commercial HVAC service experience preferred.
• Experience with rooftop units, boilers, chillers, controls, and building automation systems.

Responsibilities

• Perform troubleshooting, repair, and maintenance of commercial HVAC systems.
• Support and collaborate with other technicians and team members in the field.
• Ensure job quality, safety compliance, and workmanship standards are met.
• Communicate clearly with customers about system conditions, findings, and repair options.
• Identify repair and preventative maintenance opportunities.
• Coordinate with dispatch, service management, and parts teams for efficient service delivery.
• Verify that all work meets manufacturer, code, and company standards.
• Complete detailed service documentation and job reporting.
• Participate in rotations and emergency response as required.
