Dormont Manufacturing Co is seeking an HVAC technician in Parsippany-Troy Hills, New Jersey. Responsibilities include commissioning and repairing HVAC systems, as well as measuring air flow. Ideal candidates will have strong electrical knowledge and the ability to work in various conditions.

Formación

• Strong HVAC/R skill set desired.

Job Duties

• Commissioning of new ventilation and HVAC equipment
• Repair, replace and trouble-shoot existing HVAC equipment
• Measure air flow and adjust to design specifications
• Prepare and submit job reports and invoices daily

Job Requirements

• HVAC, HVAC/R skill set desired
• Strong knowledge of electrical systems
• Ability to read commercial wiring schematics
• Ability to lift 50 pounds independently and use power and hand tools
• Work in outside conditions and in tight spaces (inside RTU)
• Use of ladders for roof access

Salary: Base salary (above average), plus monthly bonus based upon productivity and profits.
