Qualifications

• Experience servicing commercial HVAC equipment preferred.
• Knowledge of rooftop units, split systems, package units, and refrigeration systems.
• Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic abilities.
• Ability to read wiring diagrams and technical documentation.
• Valid driver's license with an insurable driving record.
• Ability to safely climb ladders and operate scissor or aerial lifts.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.

What You'll Do

As a Commercial HVAC Service Technician, you'll be responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing commercial HVAC equipment across a diverse customer base.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, repair, and maintain commercial HVAC systems
• Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, refrigeration, and controls-related issues
• Perform equipment startups, commissioning support, and warranty service
• Service rooftop units, split systems, package units, and related equipment

Schedule

Monday-Friday | 7:00 AM-5:30 PM

Opportunities for overtime are available, including occasional evenings and weekends as needed.

What We're Looking For

Required Qualifications

• Experience servicing commercial HVAC equipment preferred
• Knowledge of rooftop units, split systems, package units, and refrigeration systems
• Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic abilities
• Ability to read wiring diagrams and technical documentation
• Valid driver's license with an insurable driving record

Preferred Qualifications

• 5+ years of commercial HVAC service experience
• EPA Certification
• Building automation or controls experience
• Experience servicing healthcare, industrial, manufacturing, or mission-critical facilities
• Manufacturer certifications or formal HVAC training
