Qualifications

• Experience servicing commercial HVAC equipment preferred.
• Knowledge of rooftop units, split systems, package units, and refrigeration systems.
• Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic abilities.
• Ability to read wiring diagrams and technical documentation.
• Valid driver's license with an insurable driving record.
• Ability to safely climb ladders and operate scissor or aerial lifts.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, repair, and maintain commercial HVAC systems.
• Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, refrigeration, and controls-related issues.
• Perform equipment startups, commissioning support, and warranty service.
• Service rooftop units, split systems, package units, and related equipment.
• Read and interpret wiring diagrams, schematics, blueprints, and technical manuals.
• Complete digital service reports and work orders accurately.
• Communicate professionally with customers and provide exceptional service.
• Build strong customer relationships through reliable, high-quality work.
• Maintain company safety standards and industry best practices.
