Qualifications

• Experience with commercial HVAC systems and equipment.
• Ability to inspect, troubleshoot, repair, and install HVAC equipment.
• Strong communication and customer-relations skills.

Responsibilities

• Preventive maintenance.
• Troubleshooting of HVAC systems and components.
• Service and repair of rooftop units, chillers, cooling towers, boilers, and packaged air conditioners.
• Coordinate with clients and team to ensure optimal system operation.
