Job summary

Thirty Madison Ventures in Bozeman, MT is seeking a Commercial HVAC Service Technician to service and repair large commercial HVAC systems within a ~60-mile radius. You will work from home, manage your own workload, and travel to sites with a take-home vehicle and provided tools.

The role offers a Monday–Friday schedule with occasional 4x10s, on-call rotation, and a company-supportive benefits package as the company expands its presence in the area.

Qualifications

• Commercial HVAC service experience (not residential).
• Troubleshoot and repair large commercial equipment — air handlers, boilers, chillers.

Responsibilities

• Service and repair commercial HVAC equipment — large air handlers, boilers, chillers, and related systems.
• Work independently across a large territory, managing your own workload and travel.
• Get dispatched directly from home (no local office yet — this role is part of the company’s plan to grow a permanent Bozeman presence).
• Talk directly with customers on-site, including putting together estimates and cost breakdowns for repairs — this isn’t just a wrench-turning role.
• Take home a company vehicle and rotate into the on-call schedule.
