Horsetooth Heating & Air in Fort Collins, CO is seeking an experienced Residential HVAC Service Technician to diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair heating and cooling systems.

If you have 3–5 years of hands-on service, EPA and preferably NATE, a valid driver’s license, and strong communication with homeowners, we’d like to meet you.

We offer $30-$42/hour with spiffs, a comprehensive benefits package, a company vehicle, paid training, and ongoing support to grow your skills.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of residential HVAC service experience.
• Universal EPA Certification.
• NATE Certification or willingness to obtain within first year.
• Valid driver's license and insurable driving record.
• Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills.
• Professional communication and customer service skills.

Horsetooth Heating & Air is looking for an experienced residential HVAC Service Technician with 3-5 years of hands-on service experience. What You'll Do

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair residential heating and cooling systems
• Identify system issues and recommend appropriate repair solutions
• Provide professional, high-quality service to homeowners
• Explain findings and repair options clearly to customers
• Complete service calls according to company standards
• Maintain your vehicle, tools, and equipment

What We're Looking For
