DeBra-Kuempel is seeking a skilled HVAC/R Service Technician to perform preventive and corrective maintenance, installation and repair of heating, cooling, and refrigeration systems in commercial and industrial settings.

The ideal candidate will have experience with electrical components, reading schematics and blueprints, and using computer-based technology, with a focus on safety and customer communication.

Qualifications

• Experience in HVAC/R mechanic work with installation and maintenance.
• Ability to diagnose, adjust, repair and replace HVAC components.
• Proficient with reading schematics/blueprints and using basic computer tech.
• Adheres to electrical safety procedures and PPE requirements.
• Strong communication skills with customers and team members.

Responsabilités

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on HVAC equipment.
• Install and startup various HVAC systems and components.
• Diagnose and repair HVAC/R systems and document work performed.
• Communicate progress, issues, and needs to the HVAC Service Manager.
• Order replacement parts and assist with job planning.
• Document hours, parts used, and tasks completed; follow SOPs.
