Job summary

ControlAir Systems, Inc. in Burlington, MA is seeking an experienced Commercial HVAC Service Technician to join a growth‑oriented team.

You will service and repair commercial equipment such as RTUs, VRF systems, and split systems, while building strong relationships with engineers, property managers and building owners. You will work with a support team including dispatchers, a Service Manager and a Service Director, with ongoing training and opportunities for advancement.

Qualifications

• Must have minimum 3 years of HVAC Service experience.
• On call schedule rotating every 8-10 weeks.
• MA Refrigeration License preferred, but not required.
• Valid Driver's License.
• Valid EPA Certificate.
• Ability to pass Background Check.

Responsibilities

• Service & repair heating, ventilation, and cooling units for commercial customers (RTUs, Water Source Heat Pumps, Split Systems, Ductless, VRF/VRV, Makeup Air Units, Boilers).
• Utilize mobile dispatching app to provide service reports and maintain clear communication with dispatching & management team.
• Work with Service Manager and Service Director to continue developing new skills and advance professionally.

Skills

HVAC experience (3+ years)

On-call schedule (8-10 weeks)

Education

MA Refrigeration License (preferred)
