Job summary

Trueline, based in Massachusetts, is seeking experienced HVAC Service Technicians to join its ESOP-owned service team. You’ll troubleshoot, repair, and maintain commercial and industrial HVAC systems on a daytime schedule with a growing team behind you.

You’ll service customers across MA, southern New Hampshire, and northern Rhode Island, perform start-ups and preventive maintenance, handle on-call emergencies, and document all work accurately in service software while upholding safety standards.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of commercial or industrial HVAC service experience.
• Ability to independently diagnose and repair complex commercial HVAC systems.
• EPA certification, MA Refrigeration/Oil Burner license, OSHA 10, and MA driver license.
• Willingness to join on-call rotation and work on rooftops/outdoors.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair commercial and industrial HVAC systems, equipment, and components.
• Install and start-up of commercial HVAC equipment.
• Perform preventive maintenance and inspections to company standards.
• Work on chillers, cooling towers, pumps, and electrical components.
• Handle service calls across MA, southern NH, and northern RI.
• Participate in on-call rotation and respond to emergency service calls.
• Document all work in the service software and submit on time.
• Follow THA and safety procedures and keep stakeholders informed.
