Ideal candidates have at least 3 years of hands-on HVAC/R experience, a high school diploma or GED, a valid driver's license, and a solid diagnostic skillset; EPA certification is a plus and a safety-conscious team player.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; strong HVAC/R technical training is a plus.
- At least 3 years of hands-on experience with commercial HVAC/R equipment.
- EPA certification is advantageous.
- Deep understanding of system components and diagnostics.
- Clean driving record and valid driver's license.
Responsibilities
- Perform scheduled maintenance and repairs on commercial HVAC/R units.
- Diagnose malfunctions across heating, cooling, and refrigeration components.
- Install new HVAC/R equipment as needed.
- Maintain a safe work environment by following industry protocols.
- Provide excellent customer service and clear communication with clients.
- Document service visits and repairs accurately.
- Collaborate with team to improve productivity.
- Stay current with HVAC/R technologies and best practices.
