You will own budgets, schedules, forecasting, change management, documentation, and project execution, coordinating with field supervision, subcontractors, vendors, owners, and partners.

Qualifications

• 3–7 years of commercial HVAC or mechanical construction project management experience.
• Proven experience managing project budgets, schedules, and financial forecasts.
• Strong knowledge of commercial HVAC/mechanical systems, contracts, and change management.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and competing priorities.
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency with Procore or comparable construction project management software.

Responsibilities

• Manage commercial HVAC and mechanical construction projects from award through closeout.
• Own project budgets, schedules, cost-to-complete forecasting, and financial performance.
• Protect project margin through cost control, scope management, and timely change orders.
• Coordinate field supervision, subcontractors, vendors, and project stakeholders.
• Lead owner/architect/contractor (OAC) meetings and communicate project status.
• Maintain accurate project documentation and reporting within Procore.
• Support jobsite safety, quality, and contractual compliance.
