Job summary

DUCTS UNLIMITED MECHANICAL INC is seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee HVAC projects from initiation through closeout. You will coordinate with clients, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure on-time delivery, within budget, and to high quality standards.

The role requires strong leadership, excellent communication, and solid knowledge of HVAC systems. You will review plans, monitor progress, manage risks, and maintain documentation while enforcing safety and quality across site

Qualifications

• Experience in managing HVAC projects from initiation to closeout.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Solid understanding of HVAC systems and related standards.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full lifecycle of HVAC projects, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, and execution.
• Coordinate project activities with clients, engineers, architects, subcontractors, and suppliers.
• Review and interpret HVAC plans, specifications, and drawings.
• Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement corrective actions as needed.
• Prepare and maintain project documentation including submittals, RFIs, change orders, and closeout packages.
• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations.
• Conduct regular site visits and meetings to track project status and ensure quality control.
