Dave Jones, LLC is seeking a Commercial HVAC Foreman in Wisconsin to lead on multi-family installation projects. You will supervise installers and apprentices, ensure work aligns with plans, and maintain safety and quality on site.

You will mentor your crew and coordinate with project managers and clients to keep projects on track. Ideal candidates bring 3+ years in HVAC with supervisory experience, strong leadership, and the ability to read blueprints.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in the HVAC field with supervisory experience.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, installation methods, and relevant codes.
• Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical diagrams.

About the Position

As an Commercial HVAC Foreman at Dave Jones, you will take on a leadership role on the job site, overseeing HVAC installation on Multi-Family Projects. You'll be responsible for guiding and mentoring your team, ensuring high-quality workmanship, adherence to safety standards, and that projects are completed on time and within budget. Your leadership will be essential in fostering a positive work environment and maintaining effective communication among team members and clients.

Compensation:

• $40/hr - $48/hr + $10K Sign On Bonus
• PTO + Sick Days + Paid Holidays
• Company Vehicle + Gas Card

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise day-to-day operations of HVAC installation projects, ensuring adherence to plans, specifications, and safety standards.

• Lift above 50lbs regularly
