Job summary

Dave Jones LLC is seeking an HVAC Installer to join our team and install heating, ventilation and air conditioning systems in both residential and commercial settings. You’ll load, install, and test equipment, ensuring work meets code and quality standards while delivering top‑notch service to our clients.

This role requires about 2+ years of HVAC construction experience or current apprenticeship, a high school diploma or GED and a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of HVAC construction experience or current HVAC apprenticeship.
• High school diploma/GED and a valid driver’s license.
• Comfortable with hand/power tools and following instructions.

Responsibilities

• Own the install: load/unload equipment, assemble components, and install ductwork and piping to code.
• Install and troubleshoot low-voltage controls and wiring.
• Read blueprints and translate into accurate layouts.
• Core openings while protecting structural integrity and site safety.
• Keep materials organized and communicate needs to prevent delays.
• Lead tasks and mentor apprentices as needed.
• Model and uphold safety culture on site.
• Four 10-hour days with overtime as needed.

Compensation

• Hourly Pay:$24 - 34hr + 1.5x OT(commensuratewithexperience).

What you’ll bring
