Job summary

Dave Jones, LLC is seeking an HVAC Installer to join our team, installing heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems in both residential and commercial settings. You’ll work on hands-on projects and help ensure reliable equipment and comfortable environments for our clients.

We value safety, teamwork, and a willingness to learn. Expect year-round work with four 10-hour days and overtime as needed, plus growth opportunities and supportive training.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of HVAC construction or an HVAC apprenticeship.
• High school diploma or GED and a valid driver’s license.
• Comfortable with hand and power tools; able to follow instructions and multitask.

Responsibilities

• Own the install: load/unload equipment, assemble components, and install ductwork and piping to code.
• Wire: install and troubleshoot low-voltage controls and wiring to bring systems online smoothly.
• Build from the plan: read blueprints and translate them into accurate layouts.
• Cut with confidence: core openings while protecting structural integrity and jobsite safety.
• Stay two steps ahead: organize materials and truck stock; communicate needs to prevent trips.
• Lead when needed: assist in managing tasks and training apprentices and fellow installers.
• Live our safety culture: model safety practices and ensure the team goes home safe.
• Four 10-hour days, with overtime as needed; year-round work to keep skills sharp and pay steady.

Compensation

• Hourly Pay:$24 - 34hr + 1.5x OT(commensuratewithexperience).

What you’ll bring
