Job summary

Dave Jones, LLC is seeking an HVAC Foreman to lead installation and commissioning of HVAC systems in commercial and residential settings. You will read blueprints, cut openings, install ductwork, and ensure work meets code and safety standards.

You will also supervise crew members, troubleshoot wiring, manage materials, and maintain a safe jobsite while supporting a team-first culture in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• HVAC new construction experience in commercial settings.
• Strong leadership and ability to train apprentices.
• Clear communication with field and office teams.

Responsibilities

• Own the install: load/unload equipment, cut sheet metal, install ductwork and piping to code.
• Wire and troubleshoot low-voltage controls to bring systems online.
• Read blueprints and translate them into accurate layouts.
• Core openings and protect structural integrity on jobsites.
• Maintain organized materials and communicate needs to prevent trips.
• Lead when needed and mentor apprentices and installers.
• Uphold safety culture so every team member goes home safe.
• Four 10-hour days with overtime as needed; year-round work.

Compensation:

• Hourly Pay:$38-46hr + 1.5x OT(commensuratewithexperience).
