Job summary

Dave Jones LLC is seeking an HVAC Foreman to lead installation projects for residential and commercial spaces. You will install, configure, and troubleshoot HVAC systems, read plans, and ensure work meets code and client expectations.

The role involves hands-on leadership, mentoring apprentices, and maintaining strict safety standards across sites. Ideal candidates have 5+ years in HVAC new construction and at least 3 years leading crews, with a valid driver’s license and strong teamwork.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of HVAC new construction experience in commercial spaces.
• 3+ years of experience leading crews on field projects.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel to sites.

Responsibilities

• Own the install and load/unload equipment, cutsheet metal, install ductwork per code.
• Wire and troubleshoot low-voltage controls to bring systems online.
• Read blueprints and translate into accurate layouts.
• Cut openings while protecting structural integrity and safety.
• Keep materials organized and communicate needs to prevent trips.
• Lead when needed and train apprentices and installers.
• Uphold safety culture so every teammate goes home safe.
• Work four 10-hour days with overtime as needed.

Compensation:

• Hourly Pay:$38-46hr + 1.5x OT(commensuratewithexperience).
