Job summary

Lennox National Account Services (NAS) seeks an HVAC technician to support installation, maintenance, and service for commercial customers. You will perform preventive maintenance, diagnose and repair, and work with a team to ensure customer satisfaction.

The role requires 2–6 years of commercial HVAC experience, EPA certification (Type I/II or Universal), a valid driver's license, and strong customer service and troubleshooting skills. Travel and overtime are possible.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED equivalent.
• EPA Certification Type I & II or Universal required.
• 2 to 6 years hands-on Commercial HVAC experience.
• Valid Driver’s License and clean driving record.
• Technical aptitude for maintenance, service, and troubleshooting.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform on-site preventive maintenance, routine repair and calibration.
• Handle basic to non-complex HVAC problems; refer complex issues to senior techs.
• Use knowledge of preventive maintenance to determine service needs.
• Inform manager of inspections performed and actions taken.
• Work in a team-based environment to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Adhere to safety protocols and be available for overtime/weekends as needed.
• Travel to commercial sites as required; complete paperwork accurately.
