Job summary

Lennox National Account Services (NAS), a division of Lennox International, seeks a field service HVAC technician to install, maintain, and repair commercial HVAC systems at customer sites. You will perform on-site preventive maintenance, diagnose issues, and coordinate with a team to ensure timely, high-quality service.

Qualified candidates have 2–6 years of hands-on HVAC experience, EPA Type I/II or Universal, a valid driver's license, and strong customer-service skills.

Qualifications

• HVAC field service experience is required.
• EPA certification is mandatory.
• Ability to perform preventative maintenance and repairs.

Responsibilities

• Perform on-site preventative maintenance, routine repair and calibration after installation.
• Handle basic, non-complex problems and escalate complex issues.
• Use diagnostic skills to determine service requirements and advise on actions.
• Work in a team to ensure customer satisfaction and safety.
