Job summary

Lennox National Account Services (NAS) is seeking a Commercial HVAC Technician to support installation, maintenance and service for our national accounts. You will perform on-site preventive maintenance, diagnose issues, and coordinate with higher-level technicians as needed.

The role requires 2–6 years of hands-on HVAC experience, EPA Type I/II or Universal certification, and a valid drivers license. OT, travel and weekend work may be required; a company vehicle is provided where applicable.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• EPA Certification - Type I & Type II or Universal required.
• NATE certification is a plus.
• Valid Driver’s License and acceptable driving record required.

Responsibilities

• Perform on-site preventative maintenance, routine repair and calibration after installation.
• Handle basic, non-complex products and/or problems, referring more complex problems to higher-level technicians.
• Use experience and technical skills with preventive maintenance and system operations to determine service requirements.
• Advise manager of preventive maintenance inspections performed and corrective actions to be taken.
• Work in a team-based environment to share information and workload while ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Must work in a safe manner on a daily basis and ensure that all safety measures are taken at all times.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
• Flexibility to work overtime and weekends, as required
