Job summary

Lennox National Account Services (NAS) is seeking a skilled HVAC Technician to support installation, maintenance and service for commercial customers. The role requires hands-on HVAC experience, EPA certification, a valid driver’s license and the ability to work independently while ensuring high customer satisfaction.

Expect a field-based schedule with potential overtime, weekends, and travel as needed. Ongoing training and development are provided as part of our commitment to growth.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED equivalent required.
• 2–6 years hands-on Commercial HVAC experience.
• EPA Certification Type I & II or Universal required.
• Valid Driver’s License with acceptable driving record.
• Technical aptitude to perform maintenance, service, and troubleshoot equipment.

Responsibilities

• Perform on-site preventive maintenance, routine repair and calibration after installation.
• Handle basic, non-complex products and/or problems, referring more complex issues to higher-level technicians.
• Use experience and technical skills with preventive maintenance and system operations to determine service requirements.
• Advise manager of preventive maintenance inspections performed and corrective actions to be taken.
• Work in a team-based environment to share information and workload while ensuring customer satisfaction.
