Job summary

Lennox National Account Services, a nationwide HVAC leader, seeks a skilled technician to support installation, maintenance and servicing for commercial customers. You will perform preventive maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs, while coordinating with managers on inspections and corrective actions.

The role requires 2–6 years of hands-on HVAC experience, EPA certification, a valid license, and the ability to work independently with occasional travel and overtime.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• 2 to 6 years hands on commercial HVAC experience.
• EPA Certification Type I & II or Universal required.
• Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record.
• Technical aptitude to perform maintenance, service and troubleshooting.
• Excellent customer service skills and strong diagnostic abilities.
• Ability to complete repairs and required paperwork, work independently, and self-schedule.
• Willingness to travel occasionally; overtime/weekend work as needed.

Responsibilities

• Perform on-site preventative maintenance, routine repair and calibration after installation.
• Handle basic, non-complex HVAC products and refer complex issues to senior techs.
• Use experience to determine service requirements and advise on preventive actions.
• Work in a team-based environment to ensure customer satisfaction and safety.
• Complete required paperwork and maintain accurate service records.
