Job summary

Lennox National Account Services (NAS) is seeking a Commercial HVAC Technician to install, maintain and service rooftop HVAC systems for commercial customers. You will perform on-site maintenance, diagnose issues, and work with a team to ensure customer satisfaction.

The role requires 2–6 years of hands-on HVAC experience, EPA certification, a valid license, and a safety-focused mindset. Overtime and occasional travel may be needed.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• 2–6 years hands‑on commercial HVAC experience.
• EPA Certification Type I & Type II or Universal required.
• Valid Driver’s License and acceptable driving record.
• Technical aptitude to perform maintenance, service, and troubleshoot equipment.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Good electrical and mechanical diagnostic skills.
• Ability to complete repairs and required paperwork.
• Ability to work independently and self-schedule.
• Self-motivated to complete assigned tasks within time constraints.
• Driven to succeed with minimal supervision.
• NATE certification a plus.
• Weekend and night work availability occasionally.
• Travel may be required.

Responsibilities

• Perform on-site preventative maintenance, routine repair and calibration after installation.
• Refer more complex problems to higher-level technicians.
• Advise manager of inspections performed and corrective actions.
• Work in a team-based environment to share information and workload while ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Work safely and follow all safety measures.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
• Flexibility to work overtime and weekends, as required.
