Responsibilities

• Review mechanical drawings, specifications, and addenda.
• Perform quantity takeoffs for HVAC products and systems.
• Size equipment to meet project requirements and specifications.
• Prepare quotations for contractors and customers.
• Coordinate pricing, lead times, and technical support with manufacturers.
• Review bid documents for risks, exclusions, and opportunities.
• Track opportunities from budget to awarded projects.
• Support project pursuits with outside sales.
• Maintain quotation records and documentation.
• Assist with value engineering and alternate product recommendations.
• Participate in project turnover meetings.
