Job summary

Flow Building Solutions in Atlanta, GA seeks an experienced Commercial Mechanical Estimator to price and plan large-scale commercial/industrial HVAC projects, review drawings, specs, and bid documents, and support coordination through procurement and submittals.

Qualifications

• Estimate costs for commercial mechanical and HVAC projects from drawings and specs.
• Perform detailed labor and material takeoffs for bids.
• Coordinate vendor and subcontractor pricing and proposals.
• Support project coordination with submittals, RFIs, procurement, and cost tracking.
• Read construction plans and specs; use estimating software.

Responsibilities

• Prepare accurate and competitive cost estimates for commercial mechanical and HVAC projects.
• Review drawings, specs, and bid documents to ensure completeness.
• Develop proposals and coordinate pricing with vendors and subs; align with project scope.
• Support submittals, RFIs, procurement, and job-cost tracking throughout projects.
• Occasional field visits for pre-bid meetings and site verification.
