Job summary

Qualifications
- 5+ years of commercial HVAC or mechanical estimating experience.
- Ability to read construction plans and specifications.
- Experience with digital takeoffs and vendor/subcontractor pricing.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and estimating software.
Responsibilities
- Prepare accurate cost estimates for commercial mechanical/HVAC projects by reviewing drawings, specs, and bid documents.
- Perform detailed labor and material takeoffs and develop proposals.
- Coordinate pricing with vendors and subcontractors and ensure estimates align with project scope.
- Support project coordination post-award with submittals, RFIs, procurement, and cost tracking.
